Sintercom India Ltd. supplies components to leading engine manufacturers and automotive companies. The engine product portfolio includes engine drive gears, chain sprockets, belt pulleys, and engine shaft bearing caps for engines ranging from 10 to 120 hp.

These are manufactured using high compressible metal powders and multi-stage sintering process including specific heat treatments for superior strength and wear resistance. These products make the engines more lightweight, energy efficient and environment friendly.

MASS BALANCER SYSTEM

When several masses rotate in different plans on single shaft unbalance condition get created due to centrifugal force which leads to vibration and failure. Balancing masses balances this centrifugal force and reduces vibrations. 

APPLICATIONS – 3/4 Cylinder engine

MASS BALANCER SYSTEM

BEARING CAP

The crankshaft rotates within engine block through the use of main bearings. Supporting bore for main bearings are formed with half of bore in engine block and other half in bearing cap. 

APPLICATIONS - 2.0 L Diesel & Gasoline engine, 1.2 L Gasoline engine

Bearing Cap

DAMPER GEAR

Damper Gear made by outer gear ring and inner hub supported together with rubber material in between them. Outer gear ring can be spur or helical.
