Jignesh Raval is the Promoter and Managing Director of the Company. He has been on the Board of Directors of the Company since June, 2007. He holds a degree in Engineering (Production) from Shivaji University and has around 19 years of work experience in automotive industry which includes 9 years of work experience at Tenneco Automotive India Private Limited as an Executive Director-GSCM. He is currently responsible for developing and executing Company’s business strategies and overseeing the Company’s financial performance, investments and other business ventures.

Pankaj Bhatawadekar is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He holds Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Shivaji University and is a certified Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Charted Accountant of India. He has over 14 years of experience in the field of Finance in manufacturing/information technology industry. He joined the Company in year 2009. Prior to joining our Company, he has worked as a Deputy General Manager-Finance with Filtrum Tools and Components Private Limited and Finance Manager with Starent Networks (India) Private Limited. He is currently responsible for overseeing the financial information of the company, which includes developing financial and tax strategies and overseeing the Company’s transaction processing systems.

Nikhil Chavan, is the Head Operations of the Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Pune and has an experience of about 10 years in automotive industry. He has been working with the Company since 2007 Overseeing the processe excellence & quality, including making recommendations regarding the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements and appraising new product ideas and/or product and packaging changes.

Samir Gupta is the Head Sales & Marketing of the Company. He has more than 20 years of extensive and rich experience in Business Development, Product, Promotions/ Launches, Marketing and Sales Promotions. In fact, he has an experience of working with some reputed companies like Magna, Sigma Freudenberg-NOK, Imperial Auto, Lakshmi Precision, Caparo Engineering among others.
